Deposit & Final Payment:
In order to book your party, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due the date of your party before services are rendered.
Front access parking must be provided. Easy access will allow the loading and unloading of items for your event. Client will be responsible if paid parking is necessary.
Pretty in Pink Spa Parties reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather, serious illness, or an unforeseen emergency. Under these circumstances, Pretty In Pink Spa Parties will issue a refund in the deposit amount or the client may request the next available party date.
Party Start Time:
Pretty In Pink arrives 15-30 minutes prior to your start time for set-up. Your party will start at the scheduled time. It is suggested to have your guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the party time in order to ensure all your guests can fully participate.
Coupons and Discounts:
Only one coupon /offer can be used per party. Discounted offers cannot be combined.
Final Head Count:
Guest of Honor, siblings and guests should be included in the head count. Please confirm your guest list. Final head count needs to be confirmed 3 days prior to your event. You will be responsible for all guest confirmed at final head count whether your guest attend or not.
Services are not performed by a licensed cosmetologist. The spa party is for entertainment purposes only. However, we do provide our clients with quality products and great service.

Travel fees may be applicable based on location.
Gratuity is not mandatory but appreciated for parties under 12 guests. Parties over 12 guests gratuity of 15% is mandatory.
