Policies

Acknowledgement of Risk:

There are certain risks involved with your child / guests participating in spa party activities ; including and without limitation to COVID-19, allergic reactions, slips, falls, or as a result of physical contact with another person and shall not hold Pretty in Pink LLC liable for any risks associated with participating in spa party services.  Pretty in Pink will not be held liable for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19 or the health history of each guests.

Deposit & Final Payment:
In order to book your party, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due the date of your party before services are rendered.  Pretty in Pink offers a cash discount for balances paid via cash.  All party balances paid via credit card will incur a processing fee of 3.5%.  

Parking: 

Front access parking must be provided. Easy access will allow the loading and unloading of items for your event. Client will be responsible if paid parking is necessary.
 

Cancellations:
Pretty in Pink Spa Parties reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather, serious illness, or an unforeseen emergency.  Under these circumstances, Pretty In Pink Spa Parties will issue a refund  in the deposit amount or the client may request the next available party date.

Weather:

• Snow- In the event of a snowstorm is anticipated of more than 3 inches your party will be rescheduled for the for the next available date mutually agreed.

• Heat - In the event of excessive heat (excess of 88 degrees) weather Pretty in Pink will not be able to host your event outdoors.  If weather permits for your party to be held outdoors the area provided for Pretty in Pink staff to work must be shaded. 

Party Start Time:
Pretty In Pink arrives 15-30 minutes prior to your start time for set-up.  Your party will start at the scheduled time.  It is suggested to have your guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the party time in order to ensure all your guests can fully participate. 

Coupons and Discounts:
Only one coupon /offer can be used per party.  Discounted offers cannot be combined.

Final Head Count:

Guest of Honor, siblings and guests should be included in the head count. Please confirm your guest list. Final head count needs to be confirmed 3 days prior to your event. You will be responsible for all guests confirmed at final head count whether your guest attend or not. 

Services:
Services are not performed by a licensed cosmetologist.  The spa party is for entertainment purposes only.  However, we do provide our clients with quality products and great service.

Extra Hostesses:
See specific packages for extra hostess fees requirements.

Travel Fees:
Travel fees may be applicable based on location.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not mandatory but appreciated for parties under 12 guests. Parties over 12 guests gratuity of 15% is mandatory.

Safety & Hygiene:   

• We do not cut or trim nails.
  
• All guests must attend the party with clean nails and feet. It would be helpful if guests also removed any existing polish prior to the start of the party.
  
• All of our robes, face & hand towels and headbands are professional cleaned immediately after each use. 
  
• All foot tubs and hand bowls are cleaned and sterilized immediately after each use.
  
• All makeup is new and children get to take home.
  
• IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST TO NOTIFY PRETTY IN PINK IF ANY GUEST/S HAS OR MAY HAVE ANY ALLERGIES  SO  THAT ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS MAY BE USED FOR YOUR PARTY.
